The deal was formalized during a signing ceremony at Pyka's headquarters in Alameda, California. Executives from both companies gathered to commemorate the partnership, tour Pyka's production facilities, and align on plans to scale operations in Brazil. The event underscored a shared focus on expanding access to advanced, sustainable aviation technology across one of the world's largest agricultural markets.

Pelican 2, Pyka's second-generation crop protection aircraft, is the world's largest autonomous fixed-wing agricultural aircraft. It's purpose-built for high-precision aerial application with no onboard pilot at risk, and is capable of spraying crops both day and night. The aircraft is already in commercial operation, spraying thousands of hectares per year with customers in Brazil, Central America, and the United States.
