Qforma Earns EuroPriSe Certification

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J., April 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Qforma, the leading provider of advanced analytics and launch optimization for the health sciences industry has been awarded EuroPriSe certification for services provided by Qforma's Mederi.

The European Privacy Seal  (EuroPriSe) is issued and recertified by an independent third party. The Seal certifies that an IT product or service facilitates its use in compliance with European regulations on privacy and data security.

The EuroPriSe certification procedure consists of a voluntary audit, evaluation of the product or service by accredited legal and technical experts and a validation of the evaluation report by an independent certification authority. Promoted by the EU Commission the EuroPriSe certification scheme was established in 2007 by a consortium of several European Data Protection Authorities, led by the Independent Centre for Privacy Protection Schleswig-Holstein (ICPP/ULD), Germany.
