These professionals bring over 50 years of data center and critical facility management experience to expand the team.
Travis Wright is the QTS Dallas-Fort Worth site director. Wright has 14 years of critical facility management experience from the semiconductor industry, as well as 20 years of energy efficiency and management experience. Prior to joining QTS, Wright was a facility director for Western Digital. Wright is a Six Sigma green belt and a certified energy manager.
Additional operational experts joining the Dallas-Fort Worth facilities team are Carol Davis, facility manager, Ted Martin, electrical manager, Doug Maytan, mechanical manager and John Martin, data center operations manager. These professionals bring an additional 60 yeas of data center operations and critical facility management to the facility team.

The QTS sales team for the Dallas-Fort Worth area is led by Shaun Reid, who is responsible for growing the unique platform of colocation, and cloud and managed services known as the QTS 3Cs. Reid has more than 12 years of data center, telecommunications and sales leadership experience. He joined QTS from Digital Reality Trust, Inc., where he was a key team member responsible for building the retail colocation division and strategy.
Stephen Johnston is QTS' director of enterprise solutions, assisting Fortune 1000 companies in migrating their data center platform to a QTS Custom Data Center (C1). James Bourg and Aris Mitchakes are responsible for leading QTS' development and execution of their go-to-market strategy for colocation (C2) and cloud and managed services (C3). Bourg brings over 17 years of data center and sales experience. Prior to joining QTS, Bourg served as senior account executive for ViaWest in Richardson, Texas. Mitchakes joined the Dallas team with over 20 years for experience and came to QTS from AboveNet.

Phase 1 construction of the state-of-the-art data center is on schedule. QTS purchased the former semiconductor plant, which sits on a 40-acre campus, in February 2013. The 700,000 square foot facility is expected to open July 2014.
