CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., May 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Quaker Chemical Corporation (NYSE: KWR) today announced that it has closed its underwritten public offering of 1,265,000 shares of its common stock, including 165,000 shares issued upon full exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option, at a price to the public of $40.50 per share. All of the shares in the offering were sold by Quaker.
Jefferies & Company, Inc. acted as joint book-running manager for the offering. Janney Montgomery Scott LLC acted as co-lead manager for the offering. KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. acted as co-manager for the offering.
