A strong financial position and experienced board leadership reinforce Quantix's ability to serve chemical manufacturers and execute its long-term growth strategy.

The transaction strengthened the company's financial position and provided additional capital to support continued investment in specialized liquid and dry bulk transportation, ISO services, environmental solutions, distribution and export operations, managed solutions, technology, and the people who deliver safe, reliable chemical supply chain services.
