"A tragedy such as this requires everyone to open their hearts and provide assistance in the fastest way possible. State and local agencies have their hands full, and as a small developer we wanted to jump in and help in the best and fastest way we could. That's why we are waiving rent and other associated fees so that people affected by this disaster can get out of shelters and relatives' homes and into a beautiful, safe location so they can rebuild their lives in the fastest way possible" says Charlie Avery, a partner in Queens Gate LLC.
