Queens Gate Apartments LLC Set Aside $50,000 for Edgewater AVALON Fire Crisis Fund

WHAT: Queens Gate Apartments LLC in Bound Brook, New Jersey have set aside $50,000 to assist families that were devastated by the Edgewater Avalon apartment fire.
Queens Gate LLC is a collection of 48 recently finished luxury 2-bedroom apartments that are in excess of 1300 square feet each. Located in Somerset County, in the town of Bound Brook, the bucolic setting is just minutes from the Bound Brook train station, and steps away from Super Stop and Shop and less than half a mile from Target and other major National retailers. Queens Gate LLC has set aside $50,000.00 in the form of waived fees and monthly rents to families. Families won't have to pay rent until March 1, 2015, and will have no application fees, no move in fees, and Queens Gate will pay the costs of moving to those families directly affected by the Avalon fire. Additionally, Queens Gate has contracted with CORT Rental Furniture, which guarantees furniture rentals to those affected families that can be delivered within 48 hours to the apartments.
