Quest for THE Original Health Nut

The California Walnut Commission, along with Dr. Brian Wansink, Dr. Michael Roizen, cookbook author Mollie Katzen, and fitness expert Petra Kolber have teamed up to lead a nationwide search for THE Original Health Nut.

All across America, there are people who live each day to the fullest and go the extra mile – everyone knows someone who leads by example and inspires others to make healthy decisions in their everyday choices.  This could be you, someone you know or someone your readers know!

Nominations will be accepted until April 15, 2011. 

In addition to one nominee winning the amazing grand prize of an all-expenses paid trip to the Walnut Harvest Celebration in Napa, California in 2011 for two and a donation to a charity of their choice, those who NOMINATE someone are entered to win fabulous monthly prizes!

This month, anyone who nominates someone by 11:59pm PST on December 15th will be entered to win a classic, 11" Wusthof Chef's Knife!

They will also be in the running to receive three additional prizes:

• A 5lb box of California walnuts
