Quick Base Adds Former Oracle Sales Executive to Senior Leadership Team

Dan Freund Joins as Senior Vice President of Sales to Drive Next Phase of Growth

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., July 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Quick Base, the platform for app-enabled business, today announced the addition of Dan Freund to its senior leadership team as senior vice president of sales, effective immediately. In this role, Freund will focus on scaling the existing sales team to accelerate growth and further capitalize on Quick Base's massive opportunity in the enterprise market.

Freund brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience to the team with a track record of driving exceptional results and innovation through the sales process. During his tenure at Oracle, he grew the OracleDirect (now Oracle Digital) division from $700 million to more than $1.2 billion in annual revenue over a five-year period.

Previously, he spent 17 years at Oracle, where he increased revenues and helped the organization break into new markets and business segments. This included the development of a new mid-market sales team that consistently achieved year-over-year double-digit growth, and the launch of an integrated appliance offering, with packaged hardware and software, to better serve new customer segments. In addition to growing revenue, Freund has a strong track record of building high-performing teams and developing talent. He also launched the OracleDirect Women's Network in 2012.
