MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Nov. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Quixey, a mobile technology company connecting people to apps, today announced the appointment of Tamar Elkeles as Chief People Officer. In this role, Tamar will lead all Human Resources globally and will be based out of Quixey's headquarters in Mountain View. Tamar joins Quixey from Qualcomm where she built an award winning learning organization and served as the company's Chief Learning Officer.
