R-Tap Mobile Game Brings the Beats to Your Fingertips

R-Tap offers a twist on traditional music-based game apps through its incorporation of characters and courses that are based on the beats of various songs such as 'Dog Run' by Sicboy and 'Flashback' by RMHN. The app provides users with two distinct modes: the Rhythm Tap mode, with a familiar rhythm-based music game format and the Rhythm Run mode, that delivers a new and innovative spin on the game through the incorporation of 3D characters and music courses. R-Tap also enables players to purchase and play songs in the app such as Ke$ha's 'Tik Tok' or 'With You' by Chris Brown.

Playing R-Tap is fun and straightforward. To start a Rhythm Tap game, users simply pick a game mode, a difficulty level and a song. The game then begins and users must tap various rhythm markers on-beat to keep their selected song playing. The Rhythm Tap mode has different lanes for the various rhythm markers and users can challenge their skills by increasing the number of lanes from four to five or six. Each rhythm marker travels down a specific lane and must be tapped when it enters the highlighted "Decision Bar" on the screen.

In R-Tap's Rhythm Runner mode users control their character in a song-based scene. Users keep their character running through the music track course by tapping the screen to the beat and swiping accordingly on up and down directional markers. If players miss too many beats in either mode their song stops and their game ends.

64% of smartphone users have downloaded a game app on their mobile device in the past month and one-third of smartphone owners play mobile games on a fairly regular basis. R-Tap's action and music-based game provides a new source of entertainment for app gamers of any age.
