Operating under its new name, Envisage Advisors, the firm will continue to focus on its core business of serving middle market companies in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services.  Current management will retain a majority ownership interest in the firm and the firm will continue its status as one of the premier majority Hispanic-owned boutique investment banking firms.
