HOUSTON, April 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- R360 Environmental Solutions, Inc. announced today that it has acquired a fresh water and caliche sales depot near Stanton, Texas where it will begin the development of a new Total Recycling Center situated to serve the Permian Basin's Wolfberry trend.
Located 20 miles east of Midland, Texas, the 175-acre Wishbone Facility will serve as a full-service oilfield waste recycling center—performing RoadBase production, waste and water recycling, saltwater disposal, landfill processing, along with the fresh water and caliche sales it currently provides.
Gary Wallace, Executive Vice President of R360 Environmental Solutions, said "We're taking the lead in making sure the nation's oilfield water and waste infrastructure keeps pace with industry needs. Acquisitions like this one are a critical part of the company's commitment to raising service expectations for oilfield waste management in the nation's most active resource plays."
The facility has 10 existing freshwater wells, as well as a functional quarry, and the company will continue to sell both fresh water and caliche as the facility adds additional products and services. Over the next year, this facility will become one of R360's Total Recycling Facilities that specialize in recycling 100% of oilfield waste. The company plans to open strategically located recycling facilities in conjunction with the most prolific oil and gas plays.
