Rachael Ray™ Nutrish® Launches Furever Home™ Sweepstakes & Donation Campaign to Raise Awareness of Animal Rescue
PITTSBURGH, Oct. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Super premium pet food brand, Rachael Ray™ Nutrish® announced today that it has launched a new sweepstakes and donation campaign during the month of October entitled Rachael Ray™ Nutrish® Furever Home™ in honor of national Adopt a Shelter Dog Month. The campaign is designed to raise awareness of animal rescue and help shelter pets find the homes they deserve.
The program is comprised of two specific aspects. First, during the month of October, the brand will donate $250,000 in equal amounts to three rescue organizations: Big Dog Ranch Rescue, the largest no-kill dog rescue in the Southeastern United States located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), the first animal welfare organization in North America, which serves as the nation's leading voice for animals; and North Shore Animal League, the world's largest no-kill animal rescue and adoption organization.
The second aspect of the program is comprised of a sweepstakes in which consumers can register their purchases of Nutrish products for the chance to win one of four prizes, including a grand prize of $25,000 and a free year supply of Nutrish dog or cat food, and three smaller prizes of $5,000 and a free year supply of Nutrish dog or cat food. Winners will be notified following the completion of the program.
