NEW YORK, Feb. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DreamDry and Spruce & Bond announce today that they have merged to form Hudson BLVD Group (HBG), the first multi-brand company in the luxury beauty services sector. Bringing together the CEO's of DreamDry and Spruce & Bond as co-founders, Hudson BLVD Group will serve to acquire, operate and develop a portfolio of likeminded specialty beauty service brands.
Former CEO of Spruce & Bond, Justin Joffe will act as Chief Executive Officer and former CEO of DreamDry, Robin Moraetes will be Chief Brand Officer. Renowned designer, stylist and editor Rachel Zoe will act as Creative Director of the group. Zoe formerly served as Co-founder and Creative Director of DreamDry where she lent her unparalleled expertise in fashion, style and beauty to the luxury salons; she will now expand her role as Creative Director of the group's growing roster of brands.
The group completed its first acquisition with the purchase of New York's go-to makeup destination, PUCKER. Hudson BLVD Group currently operates Spruce & Bond's six New York studios, DreamDry's five salons with two in New York, two in Chicago and a soon to open location in Atlanta, and Pucker's flagship studio in New York's SoHo district.
With a dynamic and growing portfolio, Hudson BLVD Group is pioneering a new way to deliver the best in class beauty services and products that consumers are looking for.
