Dwyer joins Rad AI with over a decade of financial leadership experience in digital health, most recently serving as CFO at Brightline, where he drove financial performance and strategic planning in support of continued business expansion. Prior to Brightline, Dwyer served as CFO at Modern Health, where he led financial strategy, planning and operations as the company scaled through multiple funding rounds. He also held executive roles at Canvas, where he supported M&A processes and helped navigate the company's acquisition by Ford Motor Company and subsequent merger with Fair.

Most recently, he served as SVP of Commercial Revenue at Bamboo Health, where he oversaw a $70M+ portfolio. Prior to that, Field helped drive revenue efforts at PatientPing, a national care coordination network used by hospitals and payers across the country.
