Called RxTouchpoints, this is the first program for specialty pharmacies and practices that allows these organizations to pay only for the reimbursement services they actually need and use.
Reimbursement services range from basic hotline support for non-patient specific billing and coding questions to complex case management, including benefits investigations, prior authorizations, pre-claims review, coordination with patient assistance programs, alternate coverage searches, appeals and denied claims and live reimbursement education. With a wide range of services, specialty pharmacies and practices have more visibility into reimbursement, allowing for more control over patient access to therapy and the financial viability of their business.
RxTouchpoints includes three tiers of service, beginning as low as just $200 per quarter for hotline and reimbursement support and up to $1,400 per quarter for all services, with the addition of appeals and live education.
