Raft Powers U.S. Air Force's Largest Indo-Pacific Exercise with Cutting-Edge AI Platform

AOC-Anywhere selected as the core command system during REFORPAC, showcasing next-generation military operations in the Pacific

MCLEAN, Va., Oct. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Raft, a defense technology company building the next era of autonomous warfare, announced today that AOC-Anywhere played a leading role in Resolute Force Pacific (REFORPAC) 2025 – the largest U.S. Air Force-led contingency response exercise in the Indo-Pacific region. 

AOC-Anywhere was selected by U.S. Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) as the primary command and control system for the 613^th Air Operations Center (AOC), marking a major milestone for both Raft and modern military operations.

REFORPAC ran from July 10 through August 8 and spanned over 3,000 miles. The exercise involved more than 12,000 personnel, approximately 400 aircraft, and operations at 50 different locations across the Pacific. It was designed to test the U.S. military's ability to operate in some of the most challenging environments in the world – places where communications can break down and infrastructure is limited.

At the heart of the command structure was AOC-Anywhere – a modern, AI-powered system built to operate in exactly those conditions. The system is designed for use in disconnected, remote, or contested environments, where traditional command centers simply can't function.

By using AOC-Anywhere, the 613^th AOC was able to run real-time operations without needing to be tied to a single base or location. The system helped streamline everything from air tasking orders and mission briefings to summary reports and operational data. It also connected seamlessly with the military's existing systems to unify mission data and help operators make faster and smarter decisions.
