Rain the Growth Agency Names Kyle Eckhart New Chief Operating Officer

PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Rain the Growth Agency, the leading independent full-service advertising agency is pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Eckhart to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Growth, he has been with the agency for nearly 20 years, consistently demonstrating leadership, innovation, and a deep understanding of the agency's core values and vision.

Eckhart's journey with the agency began as a Media Account Coordinator, and over the years, he ascended through various leadership roles in Client Services. He has supported many of Rain the Growth Agency's top clients including Humana, Vonage, SimpliSafe, Microsoft, 1-800 Contacts and Chewy, marrying their needs with the agency's integrated offerings in creative, media, strategy and analytics. 

Since 2013, his role evolved to leading business development and marketing efforts at the agency, enabling him to stay on the forefront of the evolution of the industry. He has championed a number of future-forward, agency-wide initiatives including the responsible use of AI and modernizing video offerings in linear TV, CTV/streaming, social and digital. His focus on adapting agency positioning to evolving client needs also led to consistently exceeding agency growth goals and driving over 10% compounded annual growth rate of new business revenue for over a decade. Recent wins include Dr. Squatch, Shutterfly, Curology, Betterment, Babbel, Shopify, and SciPlay.
