Rally Health Expands Leadership Team Amid Growing Demand for Consumer Health Engagement Solutions

SAN FRANCISCO and WASHINGTON, Feb. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Rally Health, Inc., a leading developer of data-driven tools for consumer health engagement, today announced the appointment of Shawn Mobley as its chief revenue officer, overseeing strategic partnerships, sales and revenue management.

Additionally, Rally Health hired Jim Baer as vice president of data to manage analytics strategies and ongoing product innovation.

Mobley has more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry, giving him extensive knowledge of business development, strategic planning, marketing and client management. He graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a bachelor's degree in political science and international business.

Baer brings more than 20 years of experience extracting value from data by creating solutions that grow profits through data mining, demand analysis and market research. Prior to Rally Health, Baer served as the head of data science at LinkedIn where he was responsible for both business analytics and data-powered product development. He also helped establish one of the top analytics departments at Zynga, a leader in the social gaming industry. Baer earned his bachelor's degree from Colby College and a doctorate in economics from Duke University.
