Ramos to Display New Intel Core-Based Tablets at CES Asia

SHANGHAI, May 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ramos, a leading Chinese tablet manufacturer and Intel's preferred global partner for tablets, has been invited to participate in CES Asia 2015, the first Consumer Electronics Show in Asia. The event will be held in Shanghai from May 25th - 27th, 2015.

Ramos will showcase its latest tablets based on Intel Core processors, including the 2-in-1 M12 tablet equipped with the intel latest 14mm processor Core M processor and its flagship product i series, including i9s, i11pro and i100pro developed on the Bay Trail CR platform, as well as Windows OS-based mobile Q7 that allows voice calls, in addition to several other new products.

The 2-in-1 M12 tablet is expected to attract the most attention among the Ramos products on display. The Intel Core M 5Y10-based M12 supports a 4G memory and a 256G SSD, a large HD IPS screen with 1920*1080 resolution, USB 3.0 connectivity and an external extended memory. In addition, Ramos i100pro, the enhanced edition of i11pro, offers an exquisite look and feel with an all-metallic body as well as significantly reduced thickness and narrower border.

Ramos has been in pursuit of more market opportunities for years, including a recent announcement of expansion into the mobile phone market. In addition to a large investment from the board of directors of Chinese automaker BYD, Ramos has established a close strategic partnership with BYD in terms of the research, development and manufacturing of mobile phones.
