The new Capriotti's in Rancho Mirage is owned and operated by two local entrepreneurs, Kevin Steele and Ryan Truesdall. A longtime resident with deep roots in the local hospitality industry, Steele brings a wealth of experience to the venture. His impressive resume includes executive chef, restaurant general manager, and food and beverage director roles at renowned resorts and country clubs. As the owner of the popular Slice Italia, Steele also has a proven track record as a successful restaurateur. Seeking a new challenge without the complexities of starting from scratch, he found the ideal fit in Capriotti's established franchise model.
