In his 20-plus years in the business, Brant has held leadership positions in print, digital and niche publishing with top newspapers, including the Dallas Morning News, Detroit News and Free Press, Denver Post, Salt Lake Tribune and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
He successfully led organizations in increasing sales across media channels during challenging economic times and in competitive-market conditions. In his work with companies such as MediaNews Group, Hearst and Gannett, Brant has worked with daily and non-daily print publications ranging in circulation from 10,000 to 800,000.
Originally from Somerset, Penn., Brant earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Purdue University.
