Rapport Leadership International Announces New Initiative to Empower Women Leaders
New leadership class helps women become better leaders
LAS VEGAS, Aug.12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rapport Leadership International, a premier leadership development training company—has announced a major new initiative with a critical mission: to empower and develop more women leaders.
According to census data, women represent 46.9% of the workplace yet hold a disproportionate 22.9% of senior management positions.
The topic of female leadership has seen a recent resurgence in the media. Rapport Leadership's initiative, called Women's Leadership Breakthrough 1, is a 3 day intensive leadership course dedicated to help women find their voice, gain focus and self-confidence and discover their mission and purpose.
