As an accomplished CEO with a proven track record of leading Multi-National as well as Indian Companies,  and a history of managing large organizations in the Power and Telecom Industry in India & Asia, Mr. Sharma is a highly respected leader known for organizational growth and turn around achievements . He is one of very few CEO's who has lead both Power and Telecom ventures as a CEO . He has been the CEO at Adani Power, the largest private sector thermal power company in India, Videocon, the Telecom operator and Alcatel Lucent South Asia, the Telecom equipment provider.  Mr. Sharma has served on the board of several listed and non-listed companies in India and globally.
