NEW YORK, June 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Alex Noghreh, a real estate developer and investor based in New York City, is pleased to announce the completion of an upgrade and sale of a residential property in Brooklyn. The project took place in a very hot neighborhood in Bushwick Brooklyn at 274 Eldert St.

Thanks to Alex Noghreh's services, the property was on the market for only a few weeks and closed within 30 days of the contracts being signed.

As the new owner of the Bushwick Brooklyn property noted, he was looking to move into a home that had more space, and he found the area of Brooklyn to be exceptionally attractive.

Once he saw the property on Eldert St. that Alex Noghreh was working to improve, the buyer said he knew he had found his new home.
