Iconic Group serves its residential clients and commercial developers from offices at Partners Trust in Beverly Hills. Representing home buyers and sellers, Iconic Group focuses on boutique developments and spec homes under $75 million, while the Partners Trust New Development division, also under the aegis of LeDon and Rutstein, handles projects over $75 million.
