In the United States, it is estimated that 1.8 million more Asian households will be formed by 2024, according to data found in the 2015 State of Asia America report. The report also shows that Asian Americans have the highest median household income of any racial group, and are 30% more likely to invest in real estate beyond their primary residence – primarily in office, hotel and retail spaces.
