Realogy's Richard A. Smith Named 'the Most Powerful Person in Residential Real Estate Brokerage for 2013'

MADISON, N.J., Jan. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard A. Smith, chairman, chief executive officer and president of Realogy Holdings Corp. (NYSE: RLGY), was named as the Most Powerful Person in Residential Real Estate Brokerage for 2013, according to the inaugural Swanepoel Power 200 list.

Smith was cited for his leadership in steering Realogy through the housing downturn and on to a highly successful $1.2 billion IPO in late 2012 and positive business results in 2013, as well as for his contributions on the Housing Commission for the Bipartisan Policy Center, a highly influential Washington, D.C., think-tank.
