SAN DIEGO, May 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its common stock for expected gross proceeds of approximately $385.8 million, before any underwriter compensation and estimated expenses payable by Realty Income. The offering is expected to close on May 24, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank are acting as joint book-running managers and underwriters for the offering.
