Realty Management Services Signs New Management Agreement for Seven Springs Village Apartments

BETHESDA, Md., Jan. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Management Services, Inc. signed a new management agreement with AREA Property Partners and ROSS Development and Investment for Seven Springs Village in College Park, MD.

Realty Management Services, a ROSS Companies' affiliate - has managed the 982-unit community since 2002. Vice President of Marketing Elaine De Lude says the company is planning some exciting changes for the Seven Springs Village.
