IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty ONE Group, Inc., continues its transformation from regional leader to dominant national player by hiring a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, both new positions in this fast growing and successful real estate company.

Realty ONE Group's new COO, Matt Emerson, has nearly 20 years of field, operational and management experience in the real estate industry. Most recently, he was chief communications officer for First Team Real Estate, and previously at Prudential California Realty with their management team.

His experience there dovetails perfectly with Realty ONE Group's unwavering focus on agent and customer excellence.

The firm's second significant hire is Cosmin Dumitrescu as Chief Technology Officer. With more than 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles with Experian, Corelogic, and McAfee in Silicon Valley, Dumitrescu will apply his vast experience to Realty ONE Group's strategy for technology platforms, infrastructure and partnerships.
