Rebecca L. Maccardini Joins DDR Board of Directors

BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Sept. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- DDR Corp. (NYSE: DDR) today announced Rebecca L. Maccardini has been named a member of its Board of Directors. Ms. Maccardini joins the board immediately, and with her appointment the size of the DDR board has been increased to 11 members.

Ms. Maccardini is a 35-year veteran of the shopping center industry and the principal of the retail real estate consulting firm RMResources, LLC. Ms. Maccardini is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), having served as both a Trustee and Chairperson – the first woman to have achieved those honors.
