(NasdaqGS: CKSW), the leading provider of automated workforce management and optimization solutions for the service industry, welcomed record client numbers to its annual European user conference ClickConnect Europe 2010, which took place in Barcelona from June 7-9.
Companies representing 13 industry verticals from 16 European countries attended the event which focussed on how organizations can achieve high performance of their people, assets and overall service delivery using ClickSoftware. The two-day event also saw ClickSoftware recognize 10-year-customer UPC Broadband (UPC) for its loyalty. UPC is the European division of Liberty Global, Inc., the world's leading international cable operator. UPC brings television, broadband internet and telephone services to approximately 13 million customers throughout 10 European countries.
