Red Rocks Dialysis, LLC Announces Opening of New Gallup Facility

GALLUP, N.M., Jan. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Dialysis patients in Gallup, NM now have access to high quality nephrology and dialysis care in a state-of-the-art setting, as Red Rocks Dialysis, LLC (RRD), announced the opening of the new Red Rocks Dialysis Gallup facility.  The first patients were treated at the center today, January 10, 2011.

The new facility is located at 725 Hospital Drive, in the Senator Rainaldi Building, which was named for the State Senator who has been instrumental in securing funding for the new facility and ensuring access to dialysis care for kidney patients in McKinley County.

RRD, which also operates dialysis centers in Crownpoint and Zuni, previously provided nephrology and kidney dialysis services at an older facility on Red Rocks drive.  The new, larger center features 37 stations, and the added capacity greatly improves the access to dialysis care for area kidney patients.
