Philly-Based Creative Shop Honored for Third Year in a Row

BOSTON, July 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners (RTO+P) won a Gold for Small Agency of the Year 76 – 150 Employees, at Ad Age's 2015 Small Agency Conference and Awards Show, which took place last night in Boston, MA. The goal of the awards – now in its seventh year – is to honor and uncover agencies that punch above their weight and to recognize the smart thinking and innovative brand ideas produced by smaller shops.

This prestigious award comes on the heels of exciting growth for RTO+P as it continues to add national brands to a roster that includes Planet Fitness, Kellogg's-owned Morningstar Farms, Dockers, Under Armour and William Grant & Sons' Reyka Vodka. RTO+P's desire to position itself for business and talent opportunities on both coasts led to opening its first California office a year and a half ago, which it quickly outgrew, prompting a move to larger offices in Santa Monica last summer. Since then, the agency has brought on Dockers and Morningstar Farms, partly because of the additional firepower from the West Coast.
