DALLAS, June 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Redwood-Kairos Real Estate Partners has selected Pereview Software as their SaaS platform. Pereview Software is an enterprise-scale, cloud-based platform that will provide Redwood with operational efficiency, reduced operational and reputational risk, and increased investor transparency. Pereview will be implemented this summer and will streamline investment data and documents across the life of the asset, including acquisitions, underwriting, financing, closing, asset management, fund management, and dispositions.
