The following three Reed & Scardino attorneys have been promoted to partner in Reed & Scardino's IP Practice Group: Kirk Dorius, Ray Mort and Steven Tepera. Kirk Dorius is a mechanical engineer, licensed patent attorney and serves as Chair of the firm's IP Patent Prosecution and Licensing Practice Group. Ray Mort is an electrical engineer, licensed patent attorney and focuses his practice on IP litigation and counseling. Steven Tepera is an aerospace engineer, licensed patent attorney and focuses his practice on IP and commercial litigation. Reed & Scardino has great depth and experience in its IP Practice Group with 24 full-time attorneys on its IP team.

Mr. Smith focuses his practice on counseling management on employment matters and defending employers in employment-related litigation. He has extensive and deep experience in representing national retail, restaurant, hospitality, manufacturing, technology and healthcare industry clients, as well as expertise in serving as employment advisor and counsel to virtually every industry.
