Regent Surgical Health Creates New ASC Joint Venture with Providence Portland Medical Center and Plaza Ambulatory Surgery Center of Portland, Ore.

WESTCHESTER, Ill., June 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Regent Surgical Health, an industry leading surgery center management and development company specializing in hospital / physician ASC joint ventures, and its physician partners at the Plaza Ambulatory Surgery Center today announced a new joint venture with the not-for-profit Providence Portland Medical Center. Regent now partners with 25 surgical facilities in the United States and Europe; 20 of which are hospital / physician ASC joint ventures.
