Regent Surgical Health Opens Physician/Hospital ASC Joint Venture with Portland Physicians, Providence Health & Services

WESTCHESTER, Ill., May 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Regent Surgical Health, a surgery center management and development company specializing in physician/hospital ASC joint ventures, today announced the opening of the Plaza Ambulatory Surgery Center, a joint venture between Regent, local physicians and Providence Health & Services in Portland, Oregon.

In addition to its minority ownership in the new surgery center, Regent will manage the ASC's operations.
