DENVER, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- RegionalHelpWanted.com (RHW) and JobShop.ca's more than 350 career sites still have 12,000 job postings in a down economy.

Even though U.S. employment fell in construction, transportation and warehousing in January, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported retail and temporary help services added jobs to lower the unemployment rate to 9.7 percent.
