Regional Medical Center at Memphis Selects the Healthcare Excellence Institute for Revenue Cycle Transformation

MEMPHIS, Tenn. and PHOENIX, Nov. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Healthcare Excellence Institute (HEI), a boutique provider of hospital revenue cycle solutions, announced today a partnership with Regional Medical Center at Memphis.

Under this partnership, HEI will provide the health system with the tools, process expertise, and technology to transform and improve revenue cycle operations.  The transformation will focus on improving revenue cycle operations including Kaizen events in Patient Access, Patient Financial Services, Health Information Management and Case Management.  HEI will also be providing their Logix suite of supporting technology including CollectLogix.
