RegisCard Group, Ltd, Signs Agreement for an IPO on the NASDAQ Dubai Exchange

MINNEAPOLIS, June 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- RegisCard Group, Ltd (the "Company") announced today that it has signed an Agreement with GE Partners, Ltd to manage their IPO offering on the NASDAQ Dubai Exchange.  The Company is also in negotiations to acquire financial assets overseas.  The proposed timetable would have RegisCard's IPO effective date within 75 days.  The Company will also be pursuing a dual listing on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in the United Kingdom.

RegisCard Group, Ltd is a Financial Services Company based in London, England with administrative offices in the United States and Israel. The Company has made several acquisitions and developed software to introduce Prepaid Debit Cards and Discount Cards to the international community.  Many countries do not yet offer Prepaid Debit Cards that have been common in the United States for many years.  In February, 2012, RegisCard announced approvals and agreements to distribute prepaid debit cards and discount cards in Israel and Vietnam, along with other countries. Recent successes and the volume of inquiries from other countries has prompted the Company to pursue the IPO offering on the NASDAQ Dubai Exchange, as well as the dual listing on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in the United Kingdom.

The RegisCard Prepaid Visa card includes Secure Access for E-Commerce (SAFE) Technology, making the cards the most secure online payment method available. Cardholders can select from a wide variety of security features, SMS alerts, move funds via an online prime account, and transfer funds to family members anywhere in real-time.

In addition, RegisCard will offer the Discount Card which will enable their members to receive substantial discounts from major companies worldwide.  RegisCard has signed strategic alliances with M2 Worldwide, LLC, and Optimall, LLC to offer a highly advanced, worldwide discount, virtual wallet program.  RegisCard will be working with both public and private entities in each of the countries.  The RegisCard Optimall loyalty program includes an online shopping site which can be accessed through a computer, tablet or smart phone.
