Reinhold Industries, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Enpro Engineered Products, Inc.

SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif., June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Reinhold Industries, Inc., ("Reinhold") a leading independent supplier of aircraft seating components and Aerospace solutions, announced today that it completed the acquisition of Enpro Engineered Products, Inc. ("Enpro") on June 3rd, 2010. 

Enpro is a leading independent supplier of custom designed and manufactured components for the commercial aircraft industry including a line of proprietary headrests, footrests, armrests and other seating mechanisms and assemblies.
