The upscale-casual snack shop concept features flatbreads and toasts (Snackbreads™) made with local ingredients, handcrafted sodas, delicious frozen treats fueled by Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt®, and signature cold brew coffee drinks featuring craft coffee from Oklahoma City-based roaster EÔTÉ Coffee Company™. The concept's signature Snackbreads™ menu includes a Peach Ricotta Toast drizzled with Savannah Bee Company honey and a Bacon, Goat Cheese & Fig Flatbread that's finished with dollops of Atlanta-based Emily G's Fig Pomegranate Jam. The menu also features fresh fruit smoothies and a variety of wholesome grab-and-go snack offerings.
The restaurant was designed by Columbus, Ohio design agency Chute-Gerdeman and includes unique custom finishings such as a beverage bar and froyo wall featuring reclaimed wood from Atlanta-based Lamon Luther. The 1,200 square foot space was designed for social gathering with a variety of seating types, including a shaded outdoor patio for guests to enjoy the vibrant Crabapple Market atmosphere.

Each independent Franchisee is encouraged to make a difference in their community by partnering with a local organization of their choice to provide a platform for awareness through in-store and community outreach efforts.
