CAMPBELL, Calif., Dec. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- RE/MAX of Indiana and Move, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOVE), the leader in online real estate, today announced the integration of the industry leading Top Producer® 8i software solution with the RE/MAX LeadStreet data system. By integrating the advanced contact management features in Top Producer 8i with the LeadStreet system, RE/MAX of Indiana agents will now have a greater ability to automatically manage leads, organize contacts, and track activities, leaving more time to work directly with current and prospective clients in finding their next home.
"RE/MAX of Indiana is very excited about our new agreement with Top Producer and the many benefits we will deliver to our agents by integrating it with our LeadStreet system," said Stacy Gillen, director of technology/development for RE/MAX of Indiana. "By combining the two systems so they automatically sync, our agents will be able to work more efficiently and minimize the risk of losing track of important new leads."
LeadStreet is the lead distribution system for RE/MAX that enables RE/MAX associates to automatically accept leads on their mobile device or computer.
RE/MAX of Indiana has served the real estate needs of buyers and sellers across Indiana for the past thirty years. As a result of this industry-first agreement, their agents will have the ability to increase productivity through this streamlined data process to post leads to Top Producer. Thus, agents will have more time to concentrate and respond to clients and prospective clients directly so leads can be quickly turned into new business opportunities. In addition, new leads from a source other than LeadStreet that come into Top Producer 8i will now automatically be sent to the LeadStreet data system, eliminating the need to input data manually in order to claim a contact.
"This represents a tremendous first-step in delivering RE/MAX of Indiana agents a high-tech advantage by seamlessly integrating existing and future contact lists and leads into Top Producer's interactive software," said Matthew Moore, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Top Producer Systems. "Access to Top Producer 8i places the future of real estate connectivity into the hands of agents in an easy-to-use and intuitive platform. We're very pleased to work with RE/MAX of Indiana in bringing this solution to their agents."
Moore explains that this new strategic agreement gives RE/MAX of Indiana agents a worry free solution to manage and track contacts, conversations and tasks that are the lifelines of the real estate business today.
