RE/MAX of New Jersey Co-Owners Divest Interest in Title Company of 26 Years

MOORESTOWN, N.J., Jan. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, RE/MAX of New Jersey partners Jeff Snyder and Joe Ventresca announce a departure from their 26-year long venture in the title business.   Owners of Garden State Abstract (GSA), Ann Brennan, Snyder and Ventresca executed an asset purchase agreement with principals David T. Dannheim, president, and Justin M. Steinberg, vice president, of Core Title, LLC, of Mt. Laurel, N.J., in which Core Title secured the assets of Garden State Abstract Company of Marlton, N.J.
