Top Performing REMAX Town & Country Agent Sandra Watkins Grows Team
CANTON, Ga., Aug. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cherokee County REALTOR® Sandra Watkins is bringing her team of agents to a newly built office facility on Holly Springs Parkway and Overlook Circle. The move is expected to be completed in September.
Sandra's team consists of licensed agents with REMAX Town & Country and Georgia Rental Group, a property management company.
"The new office provides us more visibility with Cherokee County residents," Sandra says while watching construction crews making final touches on the new building.
Traffic streams by the new office situated between I-575 exits 11 and 14 as Sandra exclaims, "I can't wait for our new sign!"
Agents on Sandra's team include John Marion, Jackie Harman, Catherine Parke, and Brook Perez.
Perez, who recently moved to Canton from Miami, is the newest member of the team. "He's going to help us improve our real estate services to the Spanish speaking community," Sandra says describing Perez.
Marion, a real estate investor from Northern Virginia, joined Sandra's team when he moved here 5 years ago.
In addition to being REMAX agents, Sandra and Marion are business partners who jointly own Georgia Rental Group where Sandra is the broker. They also own Alpha Dog Investments, a real estate investment company.
"We provide comprehensive residential real estate services," Marion states. He continues, "And Sandra knows how to manage teams of agents who produce results for our clients."
History proves Marion is correct. Before the real estate bust in 2008, Sandra represented builders in Cherokee County and managed teams of agents simultaneously selling new homes in 13 subdivisions.
When new home construction stopped, Sandra established Georgia Rental Group and got into property management. At the same time, Marion joined the team, built the investment side of the business and new landlords signed up to have their rentals managed by the company.
"Now housing inventory is low and new home building is back," says Sandra. "We're selling new homes in Cherokee, Cobb, and Dawson Counties," she adds.
The new office is in a commercial building built by Jamey Cagle, owner of Riverstone Homes.
Sandra has been selling new homes built by Cagle for over 10 years. The office facility also has a storefront for Riverstone Graphics, a sign and graphics design company owned by Cagle.
