For over 10 years, John Stanton has been working for healthcare management consulting firms. He began his career in regulatory and financial analysis, building analytical tools to help executives make decisions based on data. He then worked as an Executive Consultant at Beacon Partners, where he was immediately assigned to rescue a hospital-based physician clinic merger, integration and interface project at USC Hospital. Through this experience, Stanton has developed an expertise in implementing innovative programs and process improvements across industries. In his current role as Vice President of Consulting, Stanton is part of the executive leadership team, reporting to David Ellett, and working with account managers and the sales and marketing teams.

As a Regional Sales Manager at Oacis Healthcare, McClure developed a strong clinical background, working to help promote Healthcare's first open architected clinical information system using what was then referred to as the HL7 movement. He also worked for large health systems in the Dallas area and eventually moved back into the vendor arena from which he blended his clinical background with financial experience.
