Remodel Health Announces Niki Matherly as New Head of Compliance

INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ --  Remodel Health, a leader in innovative health benefits solutions, is excited to announce that Niki Matherly has joined the team as Head of Compliance.

With more than 20 years of experience in audit and compliance, including a decade in the insurance industry, Matherly brings a deep understanding of the complex compliance landscape. Her leadership strengthens Remodel Health's ongoing commitment to transparency and client protection for more than 4,400 employers nationwide.

In her new role, Matherly will oversee compliance programs, risk assessments, internal audits, and regulatory monitoring, while also training staff and managing third-party compliance.
