Rémy Martin FUTUR HERITAGE Exposition #1, a Cultural Project Exploring New Horizons

With its three centuries of experience and expertise in the world of cognac, the Maison Rémy Martin has always been a source of creativity. Maison Rémy Martin FUTUR HERITAGE is a cultural project, launched on the initiative of the Comité Colbert as a Colbert International Design Workshop, whereby the Maison Rémy Martin highlights its vision of future inheritance.
The Maison Rémy Martin celebrates young creation by presenting the works, all centered upon the ritual of tasting, of eight design school students (Ségolène Girard and Weiche Wu, Carine de Fressanges, Jason Fletcher, Mélissa Duboc and Sebastian Popa, Yoann Vandendriessche and Merve Kahraman) from ENSAAMA - Olivier de Serres in Paris and Central Saint-Martins College of Arts & Design in London.
The Maison Rémy Martin FUTUR HERITAGE exposition #1, staged by scenographer François Delclaux, will be held in Cognac till June 30th, 2012.
In this scenography the world of Rémy Martin echoes the students' projects between tradition and modernity. Like curio cabinets they present the students projects in images, videos, photos and models gathering a collection of souvenirs and artefacts resulting from 3 months' work between Paris, London and Cognac.
Especially for Milan Design week, the Maison Rémy Martin invites you to discover Futur Heritage exposition #1, with designs by Merve Kahraman. At France Design (padiglione Visconti - via tortona, 58, Milano), Rémy Martin will feature a digital scenography showing short videos of each project from April 17th to 22nd, 2012.
